Returns or refunds will only be accepted if your item arrives damaged or if you receive an item that does not match your order.

Delivery Information

All items are lovingly prepared and shipped by Mama Bear House.

Upon receipt of full payment, your order will be packed and handed over to our delivery partner within 1–2 working days. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive your delivery tracking details.

In the event that Mama Bear is overseas or there are exceptional circumstances, you will be notified of the next available dispatch date before your order is shipped.
