In my usual job, I teach at various places where access to affordable and nutritious food is limited. I watched a YouTube series called "Rich Kids Go Skint" and was inspired by a woman who established a free community kitchen, teaching local children to cook with basic ingredients. This led me to develop a collection of quick, easy, and inexpensive recipes that I can take to work.

This was the first Quick Easy recipes i tested on my children, made some adjustments, and the final outcome... they loved it.
